Pierre Petit
Owner
Pierre is a qualified Oenologist and Agricultural engineer. He worked for Bucher Vaslin in France before moving to Australia in 2002. Pierre travels Australia and Europe to stay in touch with what wineries are doing around the nation, as well as staying connected with the manufacturers in France.
Pierre is constantly looking for technical innovations that could interest the Australian wine industry.
Radek Petlak
Managing Director
Radek is a qualified Oenologist and Mechanical Engineer. After travelling the world, he has worked as a winemaker for various well known wineries in Australia. Radek has also worked as an oak consultant for seven years in the Australian wine industry and has an extensive experience in barrel tasting. A recent stint in water treatment made him realise that wine tastes better than water and he is back doing what he loves best. Always trying new wines with family and friends making sure the cellar is never bare.
Joel Smith
Technical Manager
Joel is a local Adelaide born technical specialist, from the Aviation engineering industry. Having 10 years experience with, in depth repair and troubleshooting maintenance, on complex systems, Joel's skills and background have converted perfectly for our wine industry requirements. Joel is fast becoming a well known friendly face in the team, that can develop solutions for our clients and their machinery.
